Question for TV Users

I played The Show 19 on a Sony x900f. I was able to have some success on HoF level in Ranked Seasons. I tried playing the beta on HoF and found the experience completely demoralizing. So much so, that I opted not to buy The Show 20. Here’s my question: Is there anyone out there who is playing on a television at the HoF level and is able to compete? Thanks!

The pitch speeds so far are slower than 19, so yeah you’ll be fine. I’m also on a tv with no problem

This topic comes up literally almost daily. As mentioned a million times before, if you have a modern TV panel you will have no issues on game mode. Or if you have a gaming monitor. You can look up almost any model of TV or Monitor and find out if it has good Input Lag or not.
Briefly researching your TV model it doesnt look too good. It isnt horrible, but for this game it isnt good. 41.9ms. Ideally you want to be under 30ms. My Samsung QLED does 15.1 and works great.

So, my tv can apparently do 23ms running at 2160p instead of 40ms at 1080p. The show 19 was pretty choppy playing on 2160p. Have you noticed if it plays any smoother at that higher resolution?

I bought a monitor and I hate playing on my tv . I have a family medical emergency and I am home during the weekend. Monitors are way better to play on

This game is kinda weird cuz we have that in game option to select "faster", "balanced", or "sharper". But I would make sure your TV is set to 2160p or auto in the PS4 settings under the Sound and Screen options and use the "faster" settings in The Show.
