I actually hit a home run with a legit starting pitcher. Granted offline. A conquest game against Detroit on All Star against Tarik Skubal. Figured I'd see what MadBum had left in the tank as a bronze for fun. Went up big quick. Kept him in to hit. Of all pitchers it was him. Low inside fastball WITH A NO DOUBT animation no less!
Not surprised MadBum broke the spell. Surprised I've played 4 installments of the game, and today it FINALLY happens.
Closest I ever came before believe it or not was online with the Tigers Team Affinity Edwin Jackson card from The Show 18 in an event game. Literally a foot away from going over the wall.
Plus I opened a standard pack and pulled LS Goldy so the Cards are done cheap now

A couple years back I hit an extra innings, walk-off homer against the CPU with Trevor “0 Contact / 0 Power” Hoffman, which was pretty weird.

It was Conquest and All-Star difficulty as well. Last time I did was for a 'Pitchers who rake' trophy from MLB 15. I think I used Sliders for that. This was legit. -

Was at a game in 19 when Jean Segura walked it off after the Mets had re-taken the lead in the top of the 9th. Good times (if you were a a Phils fan).

Dude get this! On one of the moment's games to try to get Babe Ruth when you have to play on HOF against the computer I hit a home run with Corey Kluber! On HOF! It was a no doubt HR too! I had to reply and record the video b/c it was something that I had never expected would ever happen. I love going back to watch the video over again lol

I've homered in a ranked game twice, once with oswalt and the other with degrom. I didn't record either, wish I would of -
I hit a no doubter with Lodolo in conquest this year and a couple with deGrom and Paxton, but last year I hit one in Ranked Seasons with Hal Newhouser and it was awesome.

Only SP's I've hit dongs with are Jordan Zimmerman, Brendan McKay, Shohei Ohtani. Never hit a legit one in an Online game, though I have come close. I don't really count Ohtani and McKay.
