That was my intent to try and save people. No lie I did nothing wrong what so ever. I played two 3 on 3 online games and got my [censored] kicked and just played offline. Game play was solid. I haven’t played a NBA game since like 17 or 18 so I expected a bit more. Gameplay was not very smooth. Guys run and turn like their stuck in cement. Basically you get speed guys and blow right by people. Offline was fun though and the cars collecting was cool but the good cards are rare and expensive as hell. Was just trying to kill some time until the East event came out. Learned my lesson. Just sux cause there’s no the NBA game to play

Did you reply back to the manager? Seems like you could just say that you did not do anything they listed and insist that they provide you with what they suspect you did and proof that you did that or refund you your purchase price.

I used to play 19 and stopped because of all the ignorance, toxicity and N-Bombs being thrown around every 5 seconds from sooo many players. So I cannot imagine what you could have done to get banned considering what people were doing back in 19. It was literally unplayable if you didn’t mute everyone. By doing that tho, you’re at a disadvantage cuz it definitely helps to hear what some of the guys on your team are trying to set up. The community/park is BY FAR the worst that I’ve ever experienced. It’s too bad too cuz it’s a fun game.

Trust me I have for the past 2 days and I get nothing except refer to player policy. And at the end of their email it says this will be the last correspondence regarding the matter. Still have no evidence and my cases keep getting closed. This is beyond insane. I’m just going to give up and delete this [censored] and remember never to buy a game made by this company. They legit just stole my money

I’m about done with any online games. Played baseball for 29 years then played the show to keep me in the game and now this stuff. I’m with Ron White, I’m 3rd generation dgaf anymore lol

Doing some quick research, I’ve found this happens a lot with 2k. I’m surprised at this point that there hasn’t been a class action suit. At least then every single reason for a ban could be subpoenaed. It would take ten years, and you may get $10 out of it, but it would be bad press for them and at least e lawyers would make money.
On a personal note, I’m really sorry that happened to you. It can be very frustrating to be baselessly accused of something and told you have no recourse. Hopefully there is something you can do, a company should not be able to do that to a customer. If online is the reason you bought the game, and they are baselessly blocking you, that’s tantamount to theft.

B) Hear too many cry wolf bans in online sports games to believe anyone.
C) you may of done something(s) you didn’t think was ban worthy and now you are scared to make another account. 2 days time isn’t a lot to be fretting about. 2K is shitty game but they don’t have a consumer issue ( people complaining in mass about phantom bans).
D ) more time for TheShow

Really sorry to hear this, bro. They banned my buddy last year because he had a lot of MT (their in game currency). He got it legitimately by flipping and sniping cards but since he hadn't bought any with his credit card they auto banned him. We were able to get it lifted with the help of Shake n' Bake, a 2K YouTuber, but it's crazy how they ban people with no evidence of any wrongdoing.
I played MyTeam hardcore every year until this one. The predatory microtransactions and BS like this finally drove me over the edge. The way they run things seriously made me angry and I couldn't be a part of it anymore. I didn't buy it for the first time in years.
I saw people, mostly younger people, drop like $400 on boxes of packs and literally not get a single good card... Nada. They are crooks. It's seriously mind boggling.
BTW... I heard something about EA getting sued over their loot boxes. Not sure if this is true or not, it's just what I heard.

Dang thats crazy man. Yea I will not be buying a 2k product anytime soon. This is beyond ridiculous. i basically just gave up. Last I heard the supervisor was putting my case in for an appeal. But at this point i dont think i care anymore. Just a real bad taste in my mouth. Madden was the same way. I played MUT for the first time last year and so many of my buddies would drop $100 a weekend on packs and pull nothing
