For a one stage event with 6 innings, no quick count we get rewards to 80 wins.

Yet for the first 2 US events stretching more than 2 weeks combined, all on quick count, they cap rewards at 75... no idea how SDS makes decisions.

I think they have a couple of dartboards with the different options. One board for Innings, one board for QC or not, one board for # of Rewards, another for how many wins to get to the Rewards, and so on. They break this out in as many ways as possible, with as many boards as possible, and let everyone throw one dart, at one board each to determine the event.

    This is the only explanation.

People playing a lot of the USA event led the team to raise the win cap on the subsequent one?

They didn’t raise it after West to Central despite many people capping out...but you would think, right???

Yeah it makes no sense at all, the other event should go to 100 at least and this one is dead after 40

Because it was a continuation of an existing event. if you had added rewards on the back end of that one, you would have had people (rightfully) complaining that wins over and above the existing cap should have been counted towards the new reward levels.

I think they will have to add rewards when the East comes around.

This right here but add in they take a shot of whiskey every 5 minutes. Only explanation I have. And you know there was that one dude in the room that was like...... “ummmmm hold on guys don’t we still want them playing our game”

They added rewards for Moonshot in the later stages so suspect we will see the rewards go to 150 when the East rolls around.
