im batting .197 with my childhood IDOL Big Hurt. Thats with like 250 ABs so its safe to say i just cant hit with the man.

I don't know if he's a "popular" card, but I hate Walter Johnson's sig series (and the prestige). I can his Chapman, Dibble, Crochet, etc. when you're tossing outlier fireballers, but he's the worst. And when I use him, he's very boring. I think my fav thing about his is he has pretty good hitting stats. I couldn't care less about him as a pitcher.

That gives me hope. I keep plugging away. At this point I find myself apologizing to him when he comes up to bat. Like Iām ashamed to use his card lol

As a Tigers fan, I wholeheartedly agree. Iām doing better with him now than I was when I made my āMiguel Cabrera is Disappointingā thread, but he is incredibly underwhelming.
Especially when heās the first player to win the Triple Crown in 45 years. Smh SDS. Smh.

Seager for sure. Nice swing but at this point in the game so many others also have a good swing. His speed and defense just frustrate me to no end. Might not ever make it back on to my roster.
I'm batting .466 with him in over 200 AB. slugging 1.2.. This dude is best card in the game.
Thats why I said it. He is a popular card that does great for everyone but me. But are you honestly telling me his speed and defense still don't irritate you even though he rakes?
I mean I play him at second base never ever had an error or missed anything unreasonable

Now I want to buy him back!I did buy him back his ba went up but nope can't deal with the swing. Now have Machado at 3rd and sucked with him but getting better around 300 ba.
I always struggle to hit consistently with whoever is at 3rd or C. Saying that was doing great with Salv.P then I prestiged him then the less said the better.
Popular cards that I don't like - Moddessi coz i'd feel like a cheap ho using it so never unlocked it.
Trout & Machado and any card i'm borderline 300 ba with.

I always sucked with miggy up until last year in 19. I was hitting incredible with his card last year. But this year itās been a big disappointment! They need to get Miggy in the mocap studio and create his actual swing! The batting stance guy or whoever SDS uses is terrible!

Tell me about it!! I was hitting bombs left and right with him in the number 3 spot. My go-to bomber. I feel like Trammell was a bit better last year, too. Especially in 18, he was awesome then. Now it's like every time I bat with him, it's practically a guaranteed out, which is a shame since I was so excited to get his signature card.
Also enjoyed 99 Belli last year, but with his big price tag I dunno if its worth it.
But you know who I really miss being good with? Last year's Johnny Damon. He was just so fun to use. Blooper one at bat, bomb the next. Totally random in his greatness and I loved it.

I can't hit with Griffey. He was my favorite card in 17 and 18 but has been very underwhelming for me in 19 and 20 for some reason.
