I know in the 80's the Oakland Athletics had three Rookie of the Years in a row. (Canseco, McGwire and Walt Weiss)

Have any other modern teams done this or gone four in a row?

Karros, Piazza, Mondesi, Nomo, Hollandsworth. top that.

    Sutcliffe
    Howe
    Fernando
    Sax

wow. didn't know this. must be 79-82.

Can you do some research on complete games? I know Fernando had something like 20 or 21 his rookie season in 81. Is that a season record? who holds all time record? who's top 5? I know the old timers are going to rule this stat but I'm curious.

I can do this later tonight! Any other random facts I can look up?
Also: Each of you give me a random date, inning, and number of outs.

A good one is the game on July 4, 2003 between the Cards and Cubs. I won't spoil it but crazy game with lots of action.

How about what team hit the most home runs in a 9 inning game?
Did any one player hit 5 home runs?
Who had the most 4 home run games?
which stadium has recorded the most home runs?

First off, yes, the old timers rule that stat. lol
I could not find the single season one, but was able to get the leaderboard.
    1: Cy Young with 749
    2. Pud Galvin with 646
    3: Tim Keefe with 554
    4: Kid Nichols with 532
    5: Walter Johnson with 531
EDIT: When looking at the single season record, it has the winner with 75 CG. Umm, that is not correct. lol

What happened on Sep 5th 2018 with 1 out in the bottom of the 4th inning between the Giants and the Rockies?

What other feat happened that night?

What was the distance and StatCast ranking of that mammoth of a HR? What is that ranking still to this day?

On September 4, 1999, the Reds set the MLB record with 9 home runs in one game!
The Reds were playing the Phillies at Veterans Stadium.
Some notable names in the Reds lineup are Aaron Boone and Barry Larkin. Some notable names from the Phillies lineup are Doug Glanville and Bobby Abreu.
    For starting pitching:
The Reds starter was Pete Harnisch, who went 6 innings, giving up 8 hits and 3 runs.
The Phillies starter was Paul Byrd, who went 3.2 IP, giving up 7 hits, 5 runs, and 3 home runs.
    For home runs:
Ed Taubensee let the way with 2 home runs.
Pokey Reese, Dmitri Young, Greg Vaughn, Aaron Boone, Mark Lewis, Jeffery Hammonds, and Brian Johnson all hit one HR.

For most homeruns by a team in a 9 inning game. The jays hit 10 on September 14 1987.

For the has any player hit 5 hime runs question. Apparently 4 players have homered 5 times in one game (Pete Schneider 1923, Lou Frierson 1934, Cecil Dunn 1936, and [censored] Lane 1948) also Lipman Pike in the professional era in 1886.

I misread the question the first time .Sorry for my inability to read.

I guess, I saw that, but thought that was impossible. How could he have started that much in one season!?!?
