Solution for Opponent Being "Early" on Everything

Stay inside the best you can. Anything over the plate to the outside can and will be violently ripped fair to the Shadow Realm

Does anybody know what they are doing? Or combination of what causes this?
Pure analog? Directional?
I'm a zone guy myself, so I don't know how much of an impact those other hitting styles would impact it

Online Allstar pitch speeds seem like they’re in between Allstar and HOF offline. If I warm up with a conquest game before online I play on HOF level and I do notice I am early on a lot of pitches my first game or two.

Honestly when I play HOF offline and then get into a game online on All Star, I'm late on everything the first 4-5 innings.Don't know if it it either player's internet connection. I'm hard wired but guess either me or my opponents internet is lousy.

Early on everything usually means Directional is being used

I don’t mind the early homeruns cause those do happen in real life, but to have a good swing on just a tick late of perfect is a weak out makes me hate the early swings are rewarded more..

If your opponent is early, slow him down. If he is late, speed him up. If he has a WS banner, it might not matter.

It's not fun when guys are getting 4 check swings in one at bat and end up walking when they should have struck out 2-3 times. If I was playing RS I would be really upset. In the event I just shake my head and wait for SDS to give the other player a game winning HR in the 5th inning on a garbage swing. At least I get to prestige players so I'm not too bothered.

Obviously lean more on off speed and breaking pitches, without becoming predictable. It’s tempting to think “I’m not throwing this guy a fastball!” But that just makes you predictable. Throw change ups below the zone and sliders and cutters that break off the plate (I would generally use sliders to same handed batters and cutters to opposite handed batters, though it’s not an absolute you should rigidly observe, it’s generally good practice), then, when they lay off and take a pitch or two, bust the fastball inside. Taking pitches and working counts tends to make early swingers late, as they try to switch gears and adjust to the steady diet of balls and offspeed. Look for signs and anticipate this, then go to the heater, before switching back to more of the offspeed based stuff. Don’t be afraid to walk a batter, but equally don’t be afraid to attack the zone just because they’re swinging like a madman. Even if you hang one or throw them a fastball they can hit, often they’ll yank it foul anyway. Formulate a plan and go with it. Don’t throw pitches without thinking, stay focused throughout, even if they’re just swinging early over change ups, don’t switch off and spam the same pitch over and over, because they’re going to adjust eventually.

Wake up before him and really really quietly and set his alarm back 10 minutes

Interesting. I play the exact opposite. When I see a World Series banner in an event game on all star my go to pitches are fastball up and away and change up low and away. I find it they’re early on those I get weak fly balls and ground balls.

Pitch and pray
I like this! That is the basic game plan from a pitching perspective this year!!

If your opponent is early on everything, you must walk Trout and Soto. Someone that has decent PCI with early timing is all but guaranteed a HR with one of those 2
Adding Tatis to this list is an absolute must.

I would say pitch away, with as many sliders breaking away as possible. They will most likely roll over everything, causing them to wait back. Then, blow the fastball up and in and he should be the most confused person ever
