Have you ever been frustrated at a company when you bought something and then you noticed they did something wrong with your order/item you bought/service and then they say "Im sorry there is nothing we can do for you"...? Would you have liked it if at that moment that happened to you I said to you, " Sounds like you have a bad attitude right now"... ???
Yes, but this isn't the case in this situation. No one ever said it goes in any order if the top price is a tie. Or at least I have never heard SDS say that. Perhaps it is random when the top bid is a tie?
The rules are pretty clear in the Terms Of Service, subsection 14(a): “In the event that two players enter an identical bid on the Marketplace, the winning bid shall be given to the player who has tagged the least amount of SDS staffers in the community forums.”
That's why he did one at a time, to bug the system

SDs does listen to community more than people think, if they didn’t we’d still have 18... Look at Jimmie Foxx getting a catcher secondary, They’ll have a market solution in 21, because of Chipper and AJ Ramos... I do hope they keep a market cap, because imagine Chipper being 7 mil in Stubbs, people would lose it more than this...

Quality [censored] post, nice work there. If I was in OPs situation I’d be big mad too. They should stop putting beloved legends like Chipper and Alomar behind a garbage mode like BR flawless and just throw some
of these crappy made up cards like 98 Adam Duvall or 99 McKenzie Gore in the flawless pack. That way nobody has to give a [censored] about playing BR or being stuck in a queue for the rewards. -
