First of all, I was one that was skipped. I got mine much later than I should have. That said, he’s on my bench now and on the verge of being resold
Second of all, they admitted people got skipped and that is actually true. But I highly doubt 300 have sold yet. I think they’re just not up yo you yet

Users have expressed concerns about their place in line when doing this but the majority have found their orders completed moderately quickly after placing the new order. We regret any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we look into this further.
THEY SKIPPED ME. I got skipped in line. Are you kidding me!? They just admitted to skipping me! Then when I email them about it after I got this email they have been ignoring me and dont seem to want to do ANYTHING about it. I was dumb enough to cancel my order and place a new one bc they recommended it. Well its been 10 days and I have not received him "MODERATELY QUICKLY". I have bought The Show for 5 years now and if I dont get Chipper soon, mark my words, I will not be buying Show 21. I wont. I cant believe they completely dont care about us (the community). This is the only card I have wanted all year long, so yeah Im really upset. Rockstar would take care of this situation like it was nothing. They have amazing customer support. I am going to get in touch with Sony's staff program manager and try to get this issue resolved b/c SDS doesnt seem to care. I am trying to pass this along so everyone knows how bad SDS's customer care team is. They dont care about you. DO YOU THINK THIS WOULD BE DIFFERENT IF I HAD SPENT MONEY TO BUY STUBS AND THEN PLACED MY ORDER? Just curious to know what you guys think. Sorry for the rant but I felt like this needs to be shared b/c they need to take responsibility for their actions. Anyone else have problems with SDS's support? Please share your story!

I have asked for them to forward my email to their manager, yes. They havent replied. I even sent a second email to the same person who sent that original email to me and havent heard back. Then I sent another email hoping someone new will read it and havent gotten a reply.

Everyone carries on about getting Chipper and Mays, and where they are in line. I have every card in the game except Gehrig, and 90 overall Mark Reynolds and 98 Jim Edmonds are my best hitters. Mike Piazza is my favorite player in the game and I am hitting .077 with him. I hit better with 94 overall Jackie then 99 Jackie. Who cares about 1 card.

I got the same reply when I told them about the bug, put in another order and about 5 days later my first order went through and I cancelled the second.
What I did not do was make a long winded post sounding like an entitled brat, wonder if they would have fixed the problem faster if I had? -

The rules are pretty clear in the Terms Of Service, subsection 14(a): “In the event that two players enter an identical bid on the Marketplace, the winning bid shall be given to the player who has tagged the least amount of SDS staffers in the community forums.”
