He’s had a 99 for several years in a row.
That was before they changed the ratings. although I can still see him getting one, some people act like he is a priority when they chances are extremely low of him getting a card at this point

Yeah I changed my post. I think it was only a 99 in 17 and a 93 after that. I don’t care what the rating is but it’s a card most people have come to expect. Though the way they are handing out 99s this year (there are now 5 1/2 pages of 99s in the listings) it wouldn’t shock me to see it as a 99 again.

It makes perfect sense if he was though. They always give a card of the cover athlete for preordering and all the other top options to be cover athlete(Betts, Tatis, Soto, Acuna, etc.) all have 99s already
