Can't seem to find where I can redeem my Twitch Packs.

Still waiting for a response as to why my Twitch Packs never showed up.

Mine were just in my pack menu. Not sure why yours aren't there. Hope you get it solved.

Yeah. They were like purple color too. Completely different pack art. I didn't think to check drop rates but try e-mailing them.
I'm assuming you're sure you had everything linked properly? Check your twitch account notifications to see if it mentions you received packs? (Notifications only seem to work via desktop but you can get packs by watching via app).
