TA 4/Finest Predictions

I believe TA4 will be Finest for each team. With them starting the reveals tomorrow, I figured I’d share my predictions.
The process: I used 2.0 fWAR as the rough cutoff to receive a 99 overall (with catchers and relievers graded on a slight curve). I tried to avoid giving repeat high diamonds where I could, but it was unavoidable in some situations (I.e. Twins with Maeda/Cruz and Cardinals with Goldy). As long as the player does not already have a 99 in-game, he was eligible for a 99 Finest (eliminated Tatis, JRam). Players with high diamonds already but were their team’s clear and only 99 choice got their 99 (Lowe, Bieber, Perez, Yastrzemski).

@alanthagreat1 when a team had multiple players over 2.0 fWAR I tried to tend to the players who didn’t already have a high diamond.

I'm with you and just assumed that a Machado finest for the Pads was all but a done deal. However, a Lamet 99 card would be pretty awesome to see. Throwing in triple digits with possibly an outlier also. That card could be a lot of fun.

As a Mets fan I would love to see a usable deGrom card but I also think Dom Smith is deserving of it since he killed it this year and doesn't have any diamond versions

i think that they'll wait for a few to see who gets MVP, and if Freeman gets it the finest is probably Ozuna
also where is a high diamond AJ Minter card? I would love to see one of those

TA4 or awards? TA4 i think is being revealed throughout the week (not sure about the time) and awards will also be released this week

True. But Turner is pretty much the only other candidate and he already has a 99. Soto’s highest is his 90 overall LS

And? They gave Posey a FOTF and a 99 right out of the gate so having a FOTF means nothing especially considering you're looking at a 10 point difference.

Lol if the Orioles was Jose Iglesias I would lose my mind.. no one wants a contact hitting shortstop.. (Big O's fan here)
