No preorder rewards?

I preordered MVP edition and was under the impression I would get 10k stubs and the Smoltz/Mo/Mantle/etc. choice but I don't see it anywhere after putting in my redemption code. Can anyone help?

I submitted a ticket. I'm assuming it will take some time to process and recieve my credits?
