Pre-ordered Digital Deluxe, Can't Preload

What's going on? Tried renewing licenses twice, didn't work. No option to download. Says I own it in ps store.

Have you tried going to your download list and adding it to your download queue?

If you go to the ps store website and log in there, then you should see download list under your account?

In your ps4 go to library > purchased > and then you should find it there, make sure pre-download automatic button is checked.

The way many of us did it was get on the PS4, go to library, choose the purchased tab, find MLB 20, select it and they should be able initiate download from there.

Mine doesn’t show it anywhere in my purchases. The PSN store says it’s “Not available for purchase”.

I found it. Thanks. I had to go to "purchased." I'm wondering if the ps store wouldn't let me download there because I didn't have space.
