Seager just scored from second on a base hit to RF. Maybe SDS give him more speed, perhaps in the 70's.

Right fielders generally have stronger arms and it’s the same distance, so no. That being said, I don’t think someone scoring from second should automatically mean his speed needs to be increased. Scoring from second on hits to the outfield is quite common
