Usually guys that try to rely on bunt cheesing aren’t very good. So I just ignore the bunting and go full try hard tryna mercy them

Haha, I wish I was as good as you at the game. I’d probably do that as well.

Same bro! I can be really good for an inning....maybe another inning. But I struggle putting quality multiple innings together! Like I’ll have a great at bat and work a walk, then I’ll swing at the first pitch next at bat.

I have a huge problem with PCI placement, I refuse to go back to directional because I know if I learn to place it better I will become a very good hitter.

I also hate the abuse of high and tight sinkers.. But I bet you use those at every opportunity don't yah?? I love drag bunting this year.

Well in that case you'll lose every game you play, because the only remedy for those high sinkers is to hit them hard so they stop throwing it, which you probably don't do too well assuming by your comments.. but your bunt game will be shut down by people who know how to play this game.

Tell that to my Lou Brock batting .443 in over 200 Ab 🤣

The only thing I didn’t do was to bring the 3rd baseman in. Thanks for the tips.

I honestly don’t know why do they do that. I understand bunts are part of the game and there are situations where you want to drag one against the shift or to simply get on base. But using Brock, Carew and bringing in Gwyn and Lofton off the bench just to do that? It’s pathetic

No its not. It's part of the game and always has been. Its Baseball not HR derby.
    Get over it.

So "bunting" is more common in baseball than HR's now? I have heard it all.

It is called "implying", but that is beyond Hooked on Phonics so you arent there yet. I guarantee he is someone that probably has almost as many SB's as Home Runs lol.

Makes no sense dude. Your blindness to defend this guy is making you crazy. Implying something, in this case, comes directly from the words they say. It doesnt come from emotion or context. So you are actually implying that I cannot tell what he means because, I am not looking at his eyes? IDK. Your implications are actually farther off basis than mine.

Ok just so we are clear. He said “it’s baseball not HR derby”. How does that IMPLY anything you are stating. He did not say they were more common what so ever. Maybe he was IMPLYINg not having so many HR as in a HR derby. See how that makes more sense. The defense rests your honor

My problem with bunt cheesers isn't really the bunting. It's that the ones I've played recently are good at everything except conventional hitting lol. They pitch well, steal well, if they get a guy on, he will get to third, and a squeeze play will be attempted. I just get mad at my self when I don't score enough to beat the 3 or 4 runs they cheese in.
