10k, win the game, dont get up HR
-
I used Pearson, closer Smoltz, and Gagne. Don’t be afraid to walk someone if you get behind in the count. Way better that than hosing a 4sm and giving up the tater. In my game I scored like 4 runs right away, and Pearson got something like 12k’s in 6.1 innings

Use Mills or Giolito. Sliders to Stanton, pitch around Cano. Don't go more than 6. Save Chapman for Cano/Griffey.
-
Sinkers down and in. Do not over use high FB or you’re toast. Sliders but do not catch much, if any of the zone.
It took me 7 tries, a few games went to 6,7,8 innings and I screamed every time

I've been using seaver
yeah. Seaver has been clutch for me. Almost finished in on my 1st try but stupid Cano hit a HR off Chapman who I specifically brought in for him in the bottom of the 8th. Stopped doing moments to focus on conquest after.
-
Well cano actually has better splits against lefties doesn't he?
-
I used Paxton, Dibble, Wagner, & Gagne. I mixed my pitches and used the fastball up in the zone.
-
Seaver 6 innings, Fingers, Gagne, 99 Mo.

LOL. Probably. I didn't bother to check. I was Chapman vs Cano = win for me. FML after the HR.

I actually got these moments all mixed together in my head. I played the God Squad game and had a perfect game with Feller going into the 8th, but I thought I needed 10 strikeouts so I missed a few foul balls and ended up walking Gehrig... Got my 10k's finishing a complete game with Feller in the 9th, up 8-0 Yelich jacks one that I probably could have stole had I not been so pissed that I blew the game... Except I didn't blow the game, I only needed to win... Not do any of the other BS.
-
I used Kluber for it.. Sinkers on the inside corner and occasional fastball up and in and sliders away.. Just make sure you don't leak anything over the plate lol
-
When I finally won it, I used Pearson for 7 innings, walked Griffey everytime (I had like a 16 run lead going into the 9th), kept the ball low with the odd up and in pitch when the CPU would be geared up for a low ball, used Gagné in the 8th and finished off with Fingers.
But if it helps, I lost about 6 or 7 times in the 8th.

Nolan ryan, chapman, fingers, gagne, hoffman, dibble
