Im at Prestige 5 now. Do any of the 5 choices really stand out being Prestiged. I have all the regular cards of course.

    Larkin, Reggie, Sandberg, Minoso, Posey?

I've had great results with Sandberg and Posey previously. Reggie has been solid off bench. Im curious about Minoso as he gets the Bomber Quirk with Prestige. Larkin didnt hit for me. Does he improve that much with Prestige?

If say it depends on who will really stay on your current roster. There’s so many OF out there that unless Reggie is your favorite player or best hitter, he’s not going to cut it.

Prestige Posey is legit and we know there seems to be less really good options at catcher. At the least he mashes LH pitching. Some people still love Sandberg too.

I guess it really depends on how well you did with the non-prestiged 99s. Will a 3 point attribute boost make that big enough of a difference?

I’d say one of the infielders. If it wasn’t for J-Roll, I’d probably give Larkin another chance; I hit well with him when I did use him on RS and BR.

Sandberg puts them in the gaps, and has great D. Could potentially be my starting 3B if Tatis/Castellanos don’t work.

And I honestly have no input on Posey. CAP has been the move, and I have Pudge, but I haven’t played with him online yet.

Minoso and Reggie were awful for me.

I picked Sandberg, it gives him diamond defense level at both 3B and 2B.

If you still don’t actively have one of the original guys in your lineup then the prestige versions don’t make all that much of a difference IMO. Posey and Sandberg probably the most useful of the 5 of them as posey gets diamond fielding and Sandberg has Diamond fielding at 3rd. I don’t find any of the 5 particularly good though

The only one i ever found useful was Posey, and i still have Prestige Posey in my line up

hitting like .360 with a HR every 10 at bats. Hits better than stats suggest against right handed pitches

Both Minnie and Reggie get significant defensive upgrades, as Reggie gets a silver shield while Minnie gets a diamond one. I found those to be the most valuable. Plus, I think Minnie moves to 80+ power vs both sides

I alway[censored] will with Reggie, so I took him. I still use him as a bench bat. He just hit a walk-off for me in the "Mo Comeback" Extreme Moment. I wanted to hug him.

Unfortunately, nope. Prestige is primarily an upgrade to defense for him.

Minnie gets the Bomber Quirk. But does it make a real difference over his other card?
