What just happen!!!!!

Playing someone 55 games under 500. And I got killed. He hit everything 11 runs 18 hits. And I can hold my own in this game. Am I missing something. Is this the rng that people speak of

If you played on AS difficulty, anything can happen.
Edit: Do my eyes deceive me or did your opponent throw Jim Thome for 3 innings against you? That had to be CAP right? Lmao
-
You mighta gotten catfished by a BR goon, too
-
Or maybe he has gotten better. I am 15 games below 500 and regularly beat people who have good records. I was 40 games below a couple months ago. This is my first year playing- people get better

This was my thought. I started the year losing a lot - first year playing RS in DD. I'd quit a lot too when I encountered a "toxic" player. Now I stick it out and win closer to half the time or better.

This just screams shared account to me. Something like a WS player and their like 6 year old kid bonding over baseball.

Lmao. It was I fact Jim thome. And my pci. Wasn't huge either. Lol
-
Last year if you had a losing record you most likely lost. This year with early and late honestly being the mete anything can happen. Nothing worse then lining out and your opponent gets every hit possible timing wise.

Either that or someone so obsessed with prestiging players that he tanks his record to play worse opponents in RS

I had a dude like that last night. He used a silver pitcher then when he sub him for a batter he kept his batter in for two innings. I crushed him 8-0. He played the entire 9 innings

You are not alone dude. I've been playing this series for 5 years and I have to say this year is by far the WORST when it comes to playing RS. I play way better against people who have a better record than me, but as soon as I play someone who is mediocre or sucks ape [censored] they end up destroying my life. My defense (all diamonds on defense) make errors on the most routine plays, perfect perfect flyballs result in weak flyouts, and my 99-rated pitchers forget what position they're playing. There have been so many glitches that benefit these weaker opponents that I am convinced the RNG in this game favors the weaker team. I understand it's a marketing scheme by SDS to create a bigger fanbase, but I'm sensing that they will be losing their devoted fans over the next few years.
