Collecting Lightning cards

I have 6 POTM lightning cards. It’s only letting me collect 5 of them? Trying to collect for trout, curious as to why I can’t collect this last lightning card?

Didnt know Lightning doesn't count towards Trouty. Dang. Why put the icon in the Trout menu then?
