There was a survey of which new legends we wanted next year and I can practically guarantee the top 10 requested were Clemente, Jeter, Aaron, Bonds, Mcgwire, Sosa, Pedro, The Big Unit, and some combination of recently retired players such as Ichiro, Beltre, Mauer, David Wright etc. I bet we see at least 5 off the list I named next year. Hoping for Clemente and Pedro personally

It would be genuinely cool to see them release like a YouTube doc of how they make each years game. Securing the rights to legends probably takes a lot more work than you think.

I don’t know the final numbers obviously but guarantee Beltre was a much more popular vote than Bernie Williams lmao

As good a ballplayer as Bernie Williams was I don't think it's much of a shock to anyone that he wouldn't show up on a top 10 requested player list. I wouldn't mind seeing Bernie either, but top 10? Not sure I would rate him that high.

As good a ballplayer as Bernie Williams was I don't think it's much of a shock to anyone that he wouldn't show up on a top 10 requested player list. I wouldn't mind seeing Bernie either, but top 10? Not sure I would rate him that high.
Yeah I agree. He was a good ballplayer but I legitimately don’t think any non-yankees fans that use this site have even thought about Bernie Williams in a long time
