He’s right up there with Mantle in my opinion (as far as hitting goes). He seems to hit left handed pitching well too.

The fact he’s 90 power and can go up to 93 power from both sides with 125 contact is amazing.

Well deserved for one of the top 3 hitters of all time.

Cobb’s swing as always generated power. Even his (91) would hit HRs.

This is the best inning boss this year in my opinion. Hopefully next inning we get Willie Mays.

Well done SDS. This is why you’re different than 2K. 2k would have made people spend a week’s pay to get a card of this caliber. 🍻

I was waiting for a review on him...thanks. I'm envisioning him as my lead off hitter sort of like Rickey Henderson was with the As. Can hit, can hit for power and anything in the gap is a guaranteed double or triple.

You can test him out in Showdown before you commit. He has a big bat waggle but he's legit.

Haven't got it going with him yet, but only 25 at-bats, willing to give him time because of how good he was last year.

To start, but diamond after prestige. Looks like a fantastic card. It's going to be real hard to choose outfielders once Mays and Griffey comes. You'll have Mantle, Trout, Walker, Cobb, Mays, and Griffey, and Guerrero's been great for me off the bench.

I rented Cobb a couple of days ago and was able to sell him back for a 25K profit. I liked a lot about him, but I decided to sell because my outfield is stacked, and it gives me more time to decide what to do when I get 300 stars and select Cobb.

Ty hits the ball hard to all sides of the field. Of course he is quick as lightning too. The major factor holding me back on Cobb is Mays and Griffey. Trout, Mantle, Walker, Mays, Cobb and Griffey. That’s a stacked outfield, and more than one will be left out.

I’ll keep using Lofton as my lead off hitter in LF. He’s got much better discipline. Comparable defense and offense and speed. I’ll wait for Griffey or Mays to come out. There’s no one I want for this program

Cobb will be a bench bat / pinch runner for me. He wont break my outfield. Not when I've dropped a million on Mantle and Trout collections. Even though I suck with Mantle, I have to play him out of spite since I spent so many stubbs on him.

I really want to get Cobb. I loved using his headliner card for giggles on a highcontact/massive speed team I ran from time to time in RS. But I can't see breaking up the OF I currently have. Mantle, MVP Trout, and Walker are the backbone of my team right now.

When all is said and done, I'll probably choose Kershaw and buy Cobb when the price settles a little more. Play him off the bench and sometimes start him for a change of pace.

Bought Cobb, moved Prestige Walker to the bench, wasn't sure if i wanted him leadoff or 8th/9th. First game I slotted him in at leadoff to test it out. 2/4 with a double 2 runs scored. Was picked off stealing once which kinda blew me away. 2-1 pitch, no slide step and Biggio behind the plate. Reaction seemed okay in left but was only tested twice in 9 innings. He won't move Mickey out of center so he'll always be a gold shield for me defensively.

Almost to 300 then Cobb will take over left until mays and or Griffey. He will then be a deadly pinch hitter / runner to replace Lofton on the bench

I just got Kershaw and I'm gonna buy Cobb today. Not sure on Pudge tho. I really like Weiters and have been rolling with him quote a while now.
