Have they had the Dead ball event in prior editions? What is usually the criteria for hitters and what about pitchers?

Only diamond level pitchers vs. Common hitters. This is gonna be a good one!

I was hoping to use guys with power under 80 at least

Nope, they said dead ball, not weak or lifeline ball. 6 inning games, quick count, and if a homer is hit then game is over and that team wins.

I thought they did something like this a few years ago. Didn’t call it that but I remember something with nobody with power above 70. Think they needed contact above a certain level too. I’m guessing no power above 70. Anything less than that and it might be tough to even field a team.

Are you guys sure it's going to be common hitters? No diamond hitters like Boggs sig, Carew sig, etc?

There is no way it’s common hitters versus diamond pitchers. It will most likely be any card with under 80 power

It says power below 80. So that means we get bunt cheese for 3 weeks. The garbage gamers paradise.

I think there was a minimum speed requirement on an event last year.

Hopefully we get a honus reward and not a crappy pitcher.
