Does one of those packs guarantee the rare round where you can pick Ernie Banks or Chapman?

Nope. Only one DOTP pack in this map has the possibility of pulling the Elite tier (Banks, Chapman, Adell)

Those headliner packs are buns. I have yet to pull an elite out of them let alone a headliner. And by the looks of prices, everyone is get the lowest round possible for the DOTP packs.

I actually had some luck from this map, pulled Cobb in a HL, got the rare round on the two DOTP packs, and pulled Cole, Story(LS) and A Chapman(LS) from Show packs. Of course Cole's value has tanked, but I'll still take it.
