Rusney Castillo.
The Cuban signings are the definition of a lottery. I saw Jose Abreu and Y. Gurriel play a lot on international tournaments and wasn't sold on them translating their skills into the MLB level... and they've been great. And then Castillo and Tomas were younger and would surely work out fine... not so much.

Not Jermaine Dye he had really good numbers, especially near the end of his career (327 home runs, 1072 RBI's, and a batting average of 275) that's not a bust at all.
Brandon Inge I'm not so sure about. For one was he ever considered a top prospect?
Brandon Inge was a very decent everyday player. His bat wasn't always there, but it was when it mattered most, like here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bmmaDuptETM&t=6s.
But his value really came in the form of his fielding. Check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pjRiAQSjl_8
Or this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzSU_c_K68k
Or better yet, this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-FjlgyZyZFMNot to mention that with the Athletics, Inge hit a game-winning double after dislocating his shoulder.
So a bust card? No, absolutely not. A signature card for him would be awesome.
