POINT PROVEN ABOUT GRICHUK NOT LONG AFTER I MADE THIS THREAD HE HIT A GAME WINNING 3 RUN SHOT
point proven? They just dropped a tier 1 SS for free and he's a Jay. You should be happy.

I think this is what we can all agree on
The Jays, Brewers, and 2 or 3 other teams get the shaft each for many reason
The Rangers can go away I'm sick of their garage every year when something happens the dont like
The Braves have become so card heavy we miss getting Cardinals cards this year.
And
The Yankees suck but their cards are so good
Thank you for coming to my TED Talk

It's still a struggle for Toronto sports fans to be happy we are pretty use to losing so when we do win or get something good we dont react well and have a hard time controlling our emotions

Jays have a ton of love this year! I feel the Rangers and Brewers have it way worse for content.
not true at all
look at the special cards when you R2 collections
jays and brewers both have 14 cards
check out some of the California teams with 33 cards !!!!!
Dude, you can’t count Vladito and Smith as special cards. They are both arguably the worst of the TA cards in TA1 and 2 respectively. There are silver cards with better attributes
thank you...... i didn't want to say it to that guy either, my original point still stands either way

Perfect summary of cards released this year!

Like, I understand the Yankees, Cards, Dodgers etc. Have a long history so they are going to get a bunch of cards. My problem is that the Jays, Brewers, Rangers and others have 40, 50, 60 years of history to go with yet they act like all are recent expansion teams.
Would it kill them to go get the rights to some of the 85 to 90 Jays I grew up with? It's not like there were no great players on that team.

The focus is 90’s and early 2000’s this year.
Well, from 95 to 2015, they were pretty terrible, boring or not sexy. There was Doc on bad teams, and a bunch of above average guys with decent seasons like Cruz Jr, Wells, Romero. Before Bautista exploded, Jays games were a snooze fest.
-
Vlad getting 2 hits on the same play: now that's something that'd make his dad proud.

Delgado and Shawn Green.

That Topps now Bo is literally just as good as the 99 Ernie Banks card. And it’s free while Ernie costs 100k

Cavan Biggio anyone
For what? An upgrade? Um, no
from a 70 yea
The guy is hitting .228. He’s exactly on pace with what he did last year.
Hey did you see that Biggio upgrade

Yeah, makes him extremely usable now

I understand the frustration, but what do you want them to do? You've already got Donaldson, Encarnacion, and Carter in the game. Tony Fernandez with his career .288 Average? George Bell with his .278 career average? Vernon Wells?
This is a game that focuses on the history of a team, SDS can't help give you what you've never had (good players).

Lol, implying those guys weren't good players. Yup, George Bell is certainly no Rick Ankiel.
Those are exactly the types of cards I want. But at least we get 15 Smoltz cards.

They're fine players, but they aren't in the HOF. So, as it goes, SDS needs to negotiate individually with them for their rights. Certainly doable, but not as easy as it is with players with higher accolades.

You mean the Buffalo Baby Jays?

The Jays have never had good players?
I am not a Jays fan but this statement is laughable.Jays without cards:
Dave Stieb
Roy Halladay
Jimmy Key
MVP George Bell
Fred McGriff
Devon White
Jessie Barfield
Pat Hentgen
Juan Guzman
Carlos Delgado
and even though I can't stand him Joey Bats. The Jays are a team with a deep and proud history. Maybe do a little research before spewing non-sense.
