While it has never felt like a huge deal to me, maybe less lag in major league stadiums so people actually use them.

None, much like ‘14, it’ll probably a port. Look for 22 IMO.

More jersey creation options in franchise mode, create or edit a stadium, 60fps.

I disagree and here's why. They're going multi platform so they want 21 to be the best game available. I believe we see Create a Stadium for offline modes, fresh graphics, and a new gameplay engine.

Native 4k locked 60 FPS. Ray Tracing, actual 3D grass, ball divets and skips, where players slide, all left in the dirt.

Just as important, much, much more fluid and animations and control over players.

Lastly, a fully fleshed out online league mode.

they'll pump up the offline features to flesh out the game but online will be mostly the same first year games on new systems are never overly different its always the 2nd year onward once the company gets comfortable with the new systems in place. Add to that cross-play I belive there main priority will be having the servers run smoothly.

Continue to be the least “pay to win” game out of all the team building sports games.

I'm guessing it's close to this year. First year on a new system they're going to be fixing glitches and working out the programming. I don't really think they'll add much

    This.

Next year's big innovation is multi-platform. Nothing's getting rebuilt from scratch until 2022 at the earliest.

I wonder if they'll add cross play or not. I know Sony has resisted that in the past, wonder if they'll add ps4 vs Xbox or not since it's going multiplatform, I would think they would.

I expect it’ll be the best year of content we’ll ever see, followed by 8-10 patches in a 2 month period that create more problems than the game started with. Oh and probably some server disasters to start the year.

For what it’s worth, I’m only following forum advice though. Set the bar low and you can’t be disappointed. I really do hope they can knock it out of the park. 100%

Who cares about graphics??? This game is good because of the cards, the history and the extras. The game play sucks and sucks bad. All-Star Baseball '96 and '98 on the N64 were better than this [censored]. MVP Baseball '05 by EA was better than this. These games are 15-20 years older and they can't figure it out. LOL Are you kidding me? I'm hoping for the same extras which are great, but much improved game play damnit.
