    Ok so I have been having this issue for the last week. Tried all the suggestions, new modem, port forwarding, uninstall and reinstall, wired and wifi. Nothing worked. Id get booted to the main menu after 5 minutes. I noticed that the only time I could play and stay connected was at the exact same time a computer in the house was connected to a VPN for work. I am no networking expert however I have tested this theory several times and it holds true. Every time this computer is connected to the VPN I can play with no issues. If I disconnect from the VPN and leave the computer on I cannot play. I am going to try turning that computer off tomorrow and see what happens. If anyone in here is really good at understanding networks and could tell me why this would happen I would be grateful.

    I couldn't tell you how many times I've had a network error, it's the servers, trash game.

I'm a level 15 prestige with 250 games played, I have dedicated so much time to this game and now it's unplayable.

    Same here no matter what you complain about they will tell you to contact your isp.

    I just upgraded to 500 down though spectrum, got a new modem that doesn’t even have a puma chip in it. All of a sudden now I disconnect all the time even though my internet doesn’t skip a beat. All I wanna know is it my modem or is it something on SDS side

    Yeah man, sorry I forgot to update on here. Same thing, got a Netgear Nighthawk router and haven't had any problems.

    I’m having the exact same issue 😡🤬 my game is on disc and I have Google Fiber 5G. It getting ridiculous. Someone please help.

    I’ve been trying to get help for months emailing support and they keep saying it’s my ISP. Funny thing is my wife is on and Internet is fine. Also nothing is wrong when I’m streaming videos or playing other games online and she’s on her computer. They keep pushing me off not wanting to fix it.

    It's your router man, I had the same problem. I have spectrum and have played for years, then all of a sudden I wasn't able to stay logged onto the servers for more than 5 minutes. This went on for weeks, I got a new internet line installed, I got a new modem, and still nothing. So I went out and bought a 50 dollar Netgear Nighthawk router and all of my problems were solved immediately

    Dude fr? I've been dealing with this problem for months. I've made spectrum come over and try to fix the problem so many times lol but nothing ever works. So did you all get the same NetGear router that was mentioned above? I'm super stoked to try this out!
