That wasn't bunt cheese IMO.
You needed to get a rally going so you put someone in to do that.
They should have gone bunt defense as soon as you subbed in Carew as he will not take you deep.

It was a miracle you didn't pop up that bunt. I think bunting in this game is totally random. I would love for someone to tell me different because I can't drag or regular bunt with anyone.

Love him so much he is on my bench. Hornsby earned the starting spot. I have mvp trout and mantle so i have tons of options for the bench. Carew is that good that he makes the cut over other 99's.

You bunted with 2 outs. Not cheesy. I could never try that. You are gonna get out far more bunting that way then swinging away. You reached base then clutched up. Your opponent is probably a little more mad at putting in Edwin Diaz lol, and by giving up a 3 run bomb.

That is how I feel about Prime Gardner.
He has no business on my bench but he hits bombs all the time. It's like the cards know we are thinking about replacing them

I dont think that's cheese... you needed to get something going and it worked. Bunt cheese or any cheese imo is when you do it over and over or when you do it as a glitch not a realistic strategy. If you bunted 3 times in the ninth for hits then that would be cheese

Yah i have to agree that's not bunt cheese, that's using strategy to turn a loss into a win. You grinded this one. I also agree bunt cheese is 4 or 5 bunts in a row especially with players who would never bunt irl like Bellinger/Posada.

I just bought him to try in some conquest games, unreal! He has started 3-3 all HR’s. Not sure were the power comes from, but your right about a smooth swing! Might have to plug him into the ranked lineup!

For me, I've used Biggio, Hornsby, and others at 2b, and Carew has been the best. He hits homeruns too vs righties and lefties. I'm still giving Hornsby a shot, but I'll probably eventually go back to Carew.

His swing reminds me of George brett. Just lofts the ball where fielder's aren't.
