Bagwell is better than both. Smaller strike zone and his swing for some reason flows better than ever.
The TA card?
-
Eddie Murray is a switch-hitting god in this game. Great contact and power from both sides and a great glove too. Ridiculously underpriced. Also would be a killer addition to any bench.

The FOTF, yeah. He's been a monster in the event and ranked AS as well. I'm Batting 300 with about 30 HR. I'm less than 20 RBI and Runs away from Prestige. He has been horrible in years past, but not this year.
-
I always use eddie Murray until I can get a good Lou Gehrig card
-
I’m in a horrible slump with Elsbury in center, so I was looking to move Beli to CF and then get a new 1B
-
I would start David Ortiz @ 1B then bring in someone like Al Kaline for defensive late inning.. if the price/grind is too dramatic I would go Eddie Murray

Theres also Lou Brock or Eric Davis to consider if you want to keep speed in your lineup. Both are great.
But if you want to add more power, I would pick based on your stub situation. Big Papi if you want to make the investment, but Thome is also good for much less.

Small sample size but I've struggled with Bagwell so far.

Lou gehrig is a god in tbe game. Easily the best 1b. Thats if his card is like last years.
-
Papi has been surprisingly serviceable at 1st base for me. I've been playing him to prestige him, i moved Belli to left and so far I don't feel like it has cost me defensively really.

Been looking for a right-handed first baseman or leftfielder to bat second in my lineup. Is Bagwell the guy?

Al Kaline

Ortiz is looking endgame for me. Might have to put Thames in LF and pray.

Kaline for batting second with some OF, although, I'm partial to Bagwell and Yount these days.
-
Guess I will be adding Al Kaline to the lineup for some RS tonight. Thanks, guys.

The swing is garbage

He's had the worst swing in the game imo for a number of years. Is it truly better this year?

Yes.
Oh, I know it sounds bizarre. Take him for a test drive.
-
I'll give him a run.
-
Let's face it. I'm not a good player.
I'm batting over 300 with over 30 HR in online play. No, I barely played 20 moonshot games. I've played close to 100 of this current HOF event.
He just gets on the ball all over the place.
