97 Manny Machado...anyone use him? Thoughts?

Online play, 50 AB, mostly All-star. 2 HR, 1 double, batting 370.
Solid D, no shift... Since TA3, no reason to use him. Certainly not worth the stubs for the production.

Ah ok thanks. I only use All O's or ex O's so he would replace Brooks, but yeah his price to high for now

I’m an Os fan my self and wish this card was better. I would love to have a Machado on my team.
Us Os fans get shafted.
Jim Palmer is underwhelming
Machado is overpriced and underwhelming
Cal Ripken’s swing is horrible
The only decent card we get is schope, but that’s only good in BR and Showdown...Ugg

I used 97 Machado briefly and like other years I can't hit for power with him. I also can never hit well with Ripken. I guess it's their swings. But I'm excited to get the 88 Schoop because his gold card mashes for me. But yeah it sucks because I'd love to have Machado and Ripken at 3rd and SS but I hit way better with other cards (the 95 Correa and 93 Didi are both good and free, and the 88 Gleyber Torres is probably my best hitter for avg and power.. alot of Yankees this year.) Oh yeah the diamond Wieters card is really good, better than his hitting stats would suggest.
