Yesterday I had a perfect-perfect flyout with FOTF Matt Olson against a RHP that ended up being a lazy flyout to CF that didn't even reach the warning track. Like, what? How?

perfect-perfect does not guarantee a home run or hit, they have said this a thousand times.

I guess they are calling it a lineout. But it wasn't exactly a hard liner. Not sure how they called it a lineout. As for perfect-perfect not guaranteeing a hit or HR. Yes, I get it. But for a guy who has 104 power, that outcome didn't make sense to me.

I dipped into some online play yesterday for the first time since the Moonshot event and it sure seemed to me like I couldn't get any good exit velos. Anyone else have that issue?

If they called it a line out in the game log, that means it was a perfect liner. Perfect liners are not guaranteed homeruns no matter how high the power is. If it was a fly ball with a 106 mph exit velo, it would have been way gone

    Been here, done that

I hit perfect perfect fly all with FOTF Santana and was short of warning track. Yet his POTM Didi, different feedback system, gets okay early on a fastball away out of zone and it went out. Was confused and frustrated. Not as much power, but same BS. My argument was simply having the better feedback rewarded properly.

Has happened to me with Jim Thome at least 3 times. Definitely feel like exit velo has been way down the past week or so for balls in the middle of the pci

I've had plenty of perfect-perfect flyouts. I actually think roughly 35% of my perfect-perfect go for outs in form of liner or grounder
