Poll: have you ever dove in the outfield and caught a flyball/line drive in Online Multiplayer?

This is pure curiosity. In past versions of the show I would dive all the time in online play and make catches but this year is a different story.

I'm like 2 for 26 in dives from the OF.. Made a few HR catches though..
Let's just say, I don't dive anymore..

I've only dove and caught a few fly balls that would have otherwise landed in front of my outfielder. Never successfully dove laterally and caught a ball like the CPU does every single time during showdowns or moments or conquest

Made one with Mikey Mantle the other day. I haven’t been very successful but you are gosh darn right I’m still driving every time the red marker is there

It’s easier than it’s seems most ppl just don’t do it becuase they are scared. And if a hr can be robbed that is pretty easy

I don’t think I’ve ever attempted to dive during a RS game. Mostly due to the fear of a single turning into a HR

Have I? Yes. a few times.. complete luck and I no longer try after seeing the ball roll to the left center wall for a HR lol

Yes and I've gotten lucky 1 or 2 times but most times it rolls to the wall for a double or triple really not worth the effort.

I got one with Victorino, but I usually dont risk the dive. The timing was just perfect.

I've had several. Mick is the most successful for me so far.

The way that the OF just blindly bellyflops without locating the ball doesn’t leave much to be desired. I am 0 for when trying.

I do enjoy having groundball laser beams bounce off my infielders faces when I dive, only to casually pick them up and lob it over to 1st for an out

I've had several. Mick is the most successful for me so far.
Rarely try it now but my only 1 was with Mantle.

Robbing HRs is significantly easier than these extreme catches.

I never dive after seeing people on YouTube try and fail (mostly Rickster Ghost lol)

Just made my first...in 3 seasons...I am risk adverse.
It was a Dave Justice [censored] slide my Mantle! I was so proud!
Today...Mantle did a ballet jump...and allowed an ISTP HR!
Back to allowing singles for me!
