Please cripple people who dashboard during your home runs. Please do this.
Just buy the rage quit audio and equip for HRs and Runs lmao makes me laugh everytime
HAHA, is there really a rage quit sound? That is far too funny
Yeah forgot how I got it, maybe one of the inning programs. But yeah man its a joy . After every HR i almost feel like im enticing mu opponent to quit

I would be happy if the play would finish before the game ended, even if they left while the ball was in flight

I tell you what.... I been tryina get a gold save. But I can’t. Even in close games, in the top or bottom of the 9th, sometimes the 8th I’ve had people dashboard.
I’m tired of seeing Nick Anderson in my bullpen... guess it’s about time to skip that mission.

Thunderstorms happen. Sometimes it’s not always a rage quit. wink

I dont think they care given it has no affect to gameplay. They are probably thinking you lose a homerun stat big deal move on you won.
This has been a problem for many many years but Sds knows this is not going to make or break the game or stop users from playing so therefore it wont get addressed.
Sorry man...let's hope for '21

I have the 99 robinson, I'll take a look for that, I think that's an awesome sound for trolling lol

I've never understood the quitters mentally.
-
Many games institute a leaver penalty, sort of like a time out.
-
Biggest punishment would be for them not to eat hot pockets for a week.
-
The new thing my opponents do is start beaning all my guys once I start blowing them out and then get kicked from game for “griefing”

Hey fellas, bare with me here as I'm 35 y/o and never really been into gaming, but decided to get into the show this year. What are you guys referring to when you say "dashboard"? I've actually been wondering lately how ppl are able to quit game mid play. Also, I've noticed ppl are able to message me during games without taking a timeout /pausing the game. Definitely feel like I'm missing something here. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Dashboarding is where someone holds down the PS button and then quits the application. This bypasses the requirement of letting the play finish before pausing to quit the game. With stats being linked to online play again this year, it has become a bigger issue than it was last year. If someone is a sore loser, they will try to screw you out of earned stats.
If someone is messaging you in game without pausing, they are probably using the phone app. If you don't have it and you communicate with friends over PSN, you should download it. It is much more convenient typing on a phone as opposed to using the controller.
Also, if you're getting messages in game, I assume it is either opponents begging for stats or acting like a tool. You can set messages to friends only in the settings if you'd like. That's what I've done for the past few years. Makes the game more enjoyable when you're not constantly getting harassed by kids that are losing.
