If you look at the red Mantle, I don't believe it says Prime at the bottom. It's a prestige card.

Prestige cards are a different category of card. Not an upgrade to your current one. Completely different card.

The event is signature Series or prime card only. The blood diamond cards are prestige series

They do same Prime on the bottom so I can see the confusion.
