Yeah, i saw way more of this in 17 and 18 than i have in 20. I still see it, but not nearly as often.

Yeah, i hate losing to a cheeser, i ordinarily dont care about win or loss until i see people play like that. And its because they obviously only care about winning and not about having a good fun game.

Bunting and stealing used to be cheesy back when you pretty much couldn't stop them no matter what you did. Those days are long gone so if someone is bunting and stealing all over you, you can pretty easily shut it down.
Now there's are still a few cheesy things people still do but for the most part they are ineffective so people don't really do them that much.
People like to complain about the gameplay in this game but the devs have actually done a really good job of minimizing cheese. I enjoy madden, but you essentially can't be a good madden player unless you use amd abuse cheesy tactics.

You are 100% correct. I’ve read about so much drama in regards to online play I’m not sure it’s worth it for me. However like everything else,you can’t believe everything you read. For now I’m totally a offline player as it’s my 3 month back playing after a 10 year layoff.

Take what the other team gives you, I have many extra base hits with him when the bunt defense is put on.

I dont really see the bunt and steal thing as cheese. There are mechanics built into the game you can utilize to help prevent it. I dont do that stuff but i dont hate those people. A saying that comes to mind we probably all know "Dont hate the player, hate the game"

I think it’s the other way around. I can think of only 2 or 3 games I played in the last week where people weren’t trying to cheese. Once I hit 100 event wins, I was just hitting with my prestigable players and quitting. At least 90% of the people I played either cheesed high sinkers with Graterol or used Wright and threw nothing but knuckleballs.

Lol Mann... High sinkers and knuckleballs from common pitching is not cheese! Lololol knuckleballs actually suck now. And its 64 overall card on all star it is very easy to catch up to that sinker. What are you expecting? Fastballs down the middle?
