After these flash sales tonight I'm guessing the market will drop by quite a bit. Would right after the sales be the best time to purchase one of the 5th inning bosses or one of the DOTP players?

If I had to guess, I'd say the bosses should drop before the sales, if at all. The DOTP cards should crash after the sale[censored] as people sell off the cards they got. I expect Chapman to dip, but not to tank.

Why would the bosses drop? They can’t be attained in packs so they’ll prob stay the same for quite a bit seeing as Mo and Walker are probably end game. I think the card that will see the biggest drop off will be Chapman.

Usually when a big Show event hits, it seems like people sell off assets to have liquidity. I think a lot of people are right around the 300 mark in program stars, and there should be an influx of new bosses into the market, which should cause the price to drop.
Chapman could go either way, really. I think the X factor with him is that the card appears to be end game. Desirability is high, and at the moment the supply is low.

5th Inning Bosses: a couple of days before the 6th Inning begins
DotP: After the SharkMap where DotP are a hidden reward. -
really though outside of ducks on the pond packs where people will try to get the elite round there shouldn't be a pack that will be enticing since LS prices are so low the pack will have to be around 15k to make it even worth the gamble. Prospect packs won't have any value to them. Headliners value is pretty down there too outside a few.

Yeah I'm close to 300 stars but I want to get Rivera and Big Papi so I'm trying to figure out the best way to do it. Probably choose Rivera from the pack and then purchase Ortiz if I see him below 80k?

Everything will drop as people sell off cards to buy packs and sell the contents of packs as well. It will probably recover pretty fast though. I’m expecting the three packs to be guaranteed LS Diamond, DOTP and some sort of Headliners, which aren’t that exciting, but some people can’t help themselves.

Yeah I get that but I think we have to account for the fact that people will still want to have at least two of these guys. For example if you pick Mo you’re going to want to buy Walker. This is why I think their prices won’t change too much for now. Maybe in the coming weeks or when they release the HRD packs

I think Mo and Larry will as they look like end game cards at this point. Big Papi probably not as there are plenty of 1B options, but these are the first bosses where all 3 selections are really good so I don’t think we should expect a drop off like the other inning programs did. However the HRD packs can change all of that depending on what the collection reward will be (if there is one)

I’d wait for right after the stub sale but they’re not gonna go much lower than they already are. So you won’t be saving a ton

It’s just a flash sale on packs along w the 50% off on headliners and regular packs
