That sucks, the last two before yesterday I got 6 or 7 packs for each. Got 2 diamonds from those packs

Same issue here bud. I emailed and was then asked if I was logged in when I watched. I was of course and using the Twitch mobile app to boot. I even commented on the last stream and took a screenshot of my comment.
I think our prior bans have something to do with it and we won't be told as such lol.
