Which sets you think will be required and how many of them? Each set has different amount of cards. So let’s say percent wise ... 90% of the cards released? Higher? Lower?

It’s going to take a starting lineup of Red Diamonds. I only have Feller and Belly right now.

Close with Didi, Ellsbury, Helton, Duke thanks to the Moonshot Events.

Next week got dudes like Gary and another 4 I can get Red Diamonds for if I grind.

The last week, the free for all, will get Mickey to Red Diamond because I don’t play ranked seasons 0 - 0 record.

GL on the quest ... last year was too easy

I don't see why it'd be any different than prior years where you had to have a certain number of cards from all sets.

Yeah speculation ... I’m an amateur and getting 6 by the end of this weekend so it’s going to be doable. 5 more righties next week. Just grinding events win or lose ..... AirPods on Matt on mute.

I have a feeling prestige cards won’t be required. The honus collection is all about selling stubs, and stubs can’t buy the prestige diamonds. I’d say count on needing most (all?) of FotF and FS (yes, I’m aware these can be obtained sans stubs... but most of us do at least a few exchanges). I’m sure you’ll need a lot of big ticket cards from Awards series, Prospects, and SS too.

It won't require prestige cards, at least not exclusively.

I don’t trust SDS haha .... they may tell us curve then throw us some Darren Dreifert queso. (Stocking up on the red diamonds)

I trust SDS to want us to buy stubs.

As long as it doesn’t require prospect cards I’m good. No reason to force us to collect these unusable players. If it does, then it’s just another 100-150k in cost.

I agree with this. I doubt any prestige cards will be required, as long as the only way to acquire them is by playing online. If they added an offline grind for the ruby cards maybe I could see needing a couple. But as it sits, too many people that spend $$ don't like to, or have the time to, complete those online grinds. They will want to give people a reason to buy stubs.

If it ain’t purchasable with Stubs it probably won’t be required . they want people spending $ for stubs so I say cards that can be bought from the market place similar to last year how we needed cards from all the collections.

Last year there was a massive collection of all the Legend/Flashback series in order to get a Honus Wagner card styled after his real-life one that is the rarest card ever. Incredibly difficult and expensive to get.
