Another Future Star?

If they didn't use their potential, there would be no point in making these cards. I'm not crazy about some of them being 95+, but it's more variety of cards to use

A 99 Jo Adell, in my opinion this is officially a farce. When Trout is the second best card on his OWN TEAM something is very wrong. Unless I've missed something and Adell is going to be better then Trout when he makes it to the big leagues which in that case I will apologize. I'm so tired of seeing these rookie cards get better stats then the legends that actually deserve them. Trout is a once in a generation player and this is just insulting at this point. But hey more cards.

With all the problems people have with the game, I have been okay and quiet through all the silliness. It's a game and not perfect and stuff happens.
But these Future Stars could be the official tell-tale sign that MLB The Show has officially Jumped the Shark.
I get that the season is on life support and you need content but, come on. This isn't Baseball Stars. It is supposed to be a Simulation of the current state of the game. And dudes that have played 3 innings in Major League games being rated equal to or higher than Hall Of Famers?!?! Give me a break. Change the Scale.

What i don’t understand is why do we need 2 90+ jo adell cards? Couldn’t they show some love to guys like judge who has never had a 90+ card in the game?

I get what you mean but Judge’s live series this year might be the most accurate card ratings wise they have ever had. And now that Judge’s best season may have been tainted as well I don’t want him to have a better card lmao

you won't see a 99 trout until the end of the year it would undercut his LS card which is the most expensive one on the market. What they could do however is show some love to the lower tier LS diamonds that do not cost alot like judge who only goes for around 8k.

Nice try its already been proven the yankees did not steal signs. They were fined bc the pitching coach calling the bullpen to playback footage. Judge's rookie season can be a 90+ card.

No I know I'm just saying that all the prospects are getting 99s before doing anything at the majors is a bit ridiculous. Yes we will see a 99 Trout in like October or November for the finest series or another signature card like last year. I was just saying.
I disagree that it would undercut his LS value though because he is a gatekeeper to Mantle and his price would not move much regardless just look at Bellinger who now has a 97/98 card that you can get for free. Didn't effect his LS cards value that much maybe 10k.

The letter with the true infractions hasn’t been revealed to the public yet. Obviously its mere speculation on what it says, but take your Yankees bias out of here until we know the truth. Obviously it could be a league wide problem but the Yankees trying to hide what that letter says it suspicious

The reason the Yankees are fighting this very hard is bc they like there squeaky clean image even though in reality every team had some sort of funny business with cameras it just so happened that after MLB made the rules very clear 29 teams stopped and 1 team continued and even evolved their tactics into an actual scheme. Again if im wrong im ok admitting that but for now I will follow the words of Micheal kay, Rob Manfred, Buster Onley, and other baseball beat writers.

Manfred is scum of the earth and pretty much only got his job for pinning the biogenesis thing all on ARod, so I wouldn’t be surprised if he owed the Yankees a favor. I agree that its a league wide issue, but it is very possible the Astros are just the scapegoat for all this. I don’t trust a word that comes out of Manfred’s mouth
