Simple yes or no question
-
In your opinion, do you think SDS intended for people to use left handed pitchers for this event?
Hint: anything other than “yes” or “no” is an incorrect answer.
-
Yes (or they would’ve restricted them all)
-
Yes why not?

Exactly...YES
-
Probably
-
Yes z z
-
Yes deffinetly
-
Thanks for all of your input. Personally my answer would be no. I think they intended for RHP to throw to LHH for the event and didn’t expect the meta to switch to common left handed pitchers.
-
It’s good practice at least.

It's far from the meta

Intended? No. They set the parameters with the idea that players would use right handed pitchers and left handed batters. That said, it's within the rules, so I'm sure they expected people to because people do anything they can to gain the slightest advantage (i.e. Kluber/Newhouser every friggin game).
But I've been having a good time dropping bombs off of Adrian Morejon and Johnny Venters.

I hated Gold Venters last year, haven't faced common Venters though.

Yes. This is entirely my feeling. I do say use at your own risk though.

I agree i think everytime i play someone with Lefty pitchers i play better because it forces me to focus on the at bat take my pitches look for the right one. i dont mind it anymore
-
Yes otherwise it would’ve been restricted
-
Intended? I think no. Because why would someone use a common lefty pitcher over any other righty that can actually pitch?
-
Yes or course. That is something pretty easy to undo and do
-
Possibly
