This seems like a wahbulance thread. At no time did the OP said why he thinks the areas of improvement is needed. No specifics, no facts or anything. Just a temper tantrum in all caps. Kinda sad that covid-19 has made some people devolve into a 8 year old.

They literally said the hitting and the base running. You 4 year old. Learn to read 8 year old words.
He said hitting is horrible and awful ( no specifics ). He said running was through walls ( didn’t know baseball had walls in between bases. Also he said players moonwalk. Pretty sure those 2 comments qualify as a tantrum.
What he should of said is that there is issue with pci placement due to possible input lag which is resulting in too much rng. ( not what I believe but others do ). There is a bunch more specifics he could of added. As far as base running , he could said there is issues with base running when a guy is on base and you hit a ball that may or not be caught. Lead runner gets confused and that messes up the spacing and the runner behind. He said none of this.
In conclusion, please try defend someone worthier next time. I know I know , save the children and all. He only acts like a child, he really isn’t one
Your over here telling me how to say something to fix the game. I didn’t write a rough draft then go over how to reword stuff. I simply just took it off my brain because the game is not good. I’d rather play MLB 19 The lineout -
Pretty simple. The online play is all about creating parity and letting every win as much as they lose. Same with all the online sports games. They aren't simulations.. Skill and card ratings means almost nothing.
So, to ensure the parity and all customers are getting an enjoyable win now and then they cheat with false animation. In no way mirrors user input. Just inane shenanigans..all in an attempt by the developers to create parity. Unfortunately, this year's iteration is just over-the-top obvious.

Neither do you technically. Everyone is going on the assumption the game isn’t how it’s supposed to be. What are they basing it off? Their belief? Their opinion ? SDS has not come out ( as far as I know ) and said this product is not what it was intended to be.
People too many times live in confirmation bias or refuse to even think that maybe they are wrong.
SDS created the game. They delivered a product. We choose to play it or not. If we do not like it , then we can choose not to play it. There is no problem on wishing a game was different than it is, but to say the game isn’t what it’s supposed to be is not factual. Until SDS says the game is not working as attended, then the product speaks for itself.

And, I bought my last version of Madden 4 years ago. Finally realized, after more than a decade, they were not going to change. I still got 2 or 3 more years with MLB before I just give up.

It's really disheartening that a representative of the company took the time to comment, yet deliberately avoided answering the questions. It's one thing to comment on the use of all caps (I have no problem with that), but refusing to say even "I've been instructed not to comment on gameplay issues" or "The dev team is aware of the complaints and is working to correct them" is pretty bad. It's just a bad look.

The game is fine. The ones that say it is broken expect to win every game. They get whiney when they lose, and post on here. I lose a lot of games and win some too. This game plays great.

I wouldn't say the game plays great...although it isn't as and as people make it sound like. A big problem has became communication from SDS. They need to tell us what they are working on. We are their customers, we want responses or they lose customers (I know they already have).

Pack odds are a joke. I've opened almost 400 packs all year including some with better odds then 1:50 and have nothing, I sick of whiney baby Shelfy pulling 90+ diamonds daily.

It's like they are ignoring our questions and comments to them, we are customers and they clearly don't know how to treat customers.

Also seems like (just opinion) that the people who get good diamonds/90+ consistently are the ones who pour their pay checks into the game frequently. Probably some coding to trigger 90+ rewards once you've spent a certain amount, like transactional rewards. Probably overthinking, but this is basically a casino so I wouldn't put any shady practices past them

Yeah... That interaction was disappointing, to say the least.
I know it's the internet, and not everybody is like super nice and all, but SDS, I promise your community would be in a better place with more communication and at least the sight of effort. That was sad. This last couple months have been sad.
Worst part, we want to be supportive, I know I was crazy hyped 3 months before this game dropped. And I'm still finding ways to enjoy myself, unfortunately limiting my time was the answer. But it's almost impossible right now.
