if I wanted to take a logo I made on the show and put it on say a slow pitch softball uniform and it is a unique logo that i made no one else has it can i do that without have issues with rights of the elements used for the logo

I'd be careful there, it could depend on whether you used any design elements (shapes/forms/etc) that are specific to The Show in your design.
If your design is completely hand drawn then you are probably ok.
Best to email SDS support to confirm.
