Playing offline conquest on Legend, I get a 2-0 lead in the top of the first just to have it equaled in the next half inning on two pitches off the plate for oppo-homeruns. One of which was Altuve. He can't even reach the other side of the plate!

This is coming after way too many occurrences like this. Whenever the cpu wants, it can put the ball over the fence or put your pitch wherever it wants regardless of input and it always seems to be a matter of a comeback.

Please tell me I'm missing something, because I'm getting real tired of this game fast.

Is Legend not more difficult, but can just screw you? This is not baseball, it's just a mind-fukk.

Seriously, does this nonsense have to effect offline play too? Is it because it's conquest and it's part of DD?

I feel your pain, it has happend to me way to many times.
It's like if you need the win so badly for a mission to get something good they flip a switch and your scr****d.
Even on allstar playing nine inn leading 4 to 0 and then every pitch in the 8 or 9 inn i[censored] even outside pitches.
And this is just one example there are many more sadly.

MTO is now unbeatable, you scrape and claw for a run only to have the cpu come up with a 3 run bomb (in this case it was light hitting Trea Turner) on a pitch at his feet. I meen i just want to be able to have fun when playing this but it's just so frustrating seeing every lead evaporate into a loss.

What difficulty are you playing on? I did a MTO with the Yankees on All Star to get Torres and I had the most wins in MLB history. Something like 141-21. Granted, it was the Yankees and they’re a total powerhouse but I wouldn’t say it was difficult at all. The only PIA was come playoff time you basically start every game down a few runs or tied. Momentum means nothing come the playoffs. Even with all that being said I breezed through the playoffs and won the World Series. Maybe it’s the team you’re using?

So, is it a DD thing? MTO is technically tied into DD for progress towards the Team Affinity, correct?

My goal was to play Franchise after acclimating myself to the game through a few weeks of Conquest, but if this is how the game behaves, I'm not sure I can buy into it.

Veteran if you can believe it. I can't explain it.
