I’ve just recently turned the hitting and pitching feedback off because it simply doesn’t matter. I’m also going to try to start looking at online play like I look at the Moments. If you center the ball in Moments, sometimes it’s a moonshot. Other times, it’s a fly out. The game decides not you. This game is not geared to reward you every time you do something right. Sometimes it will, sometimes it won’t. Sometimes your opponent will get rewarded. Sometimes you will. Sometimes you eat the bear and sometimes the bear eats you.

Up 7-1 in event game. Seeing eye ground ball, pop up past ss and correa is running like he has 10 speed and just misses it. You know what happens next. Now, I won the game 7-4 but why did correa not run full speed? It is mind boggling that people can't see the bs code kicking in. It is so painfully obvious. I want correa to run full speed regardless of the score.

Agree that it's not going to reward me every time. But when you square it up and get Perfect/Perfect 5 times with 100+ exit velos and not once do you get a hit? and then get PCI ratings of 13 or higher 10 times and get 3 hits, while he gets a 100+ Exit velo on a 10 PCI rating for a HR?? C'mon now. That's not rewards Vs. rewards. That's horrible gameplay.

You can control whether you win or lose to a certain extent, but you can’t control what cards you get. It’s possible you could have won the game you were referring to, but it seemed like the deck was stacked against you.

I suggest turning the feedback off, it’s too irritating to count up your perfects versus theirs and early oks etc

This is the most annoying part of the game for me by far! Outfielders will do it too, and such an unrealistic annimation! So annoying to have no control of your players.

I don’t disagree. I think for my sanity, however, I have to start looking at each game like a hand of poker. You can control whether you win or lose to a certain extent, but you can’t control tingwhat cards you get. It’s possible you could have won the game you were referring to, but it seemed like the deck was stacked against you.
This is why playing a smart game, sorry to tell alot of you guys more realistic than you think. Getting the run over , late game down by 1 let's say and FOF Posey up I'm bunting for sure. Taking an extra base with POTM Gary Sanchez on a line drive hit with Gary on first is getting you thrown out. Picked off at first with a trash speed player or constantly dancing on the lead off with same type of player or any player or bunt dancing and cheeseballing your way through the game. Those little situational things that can kill a 3nrun shot or even 1 extra run scored will be the difference.. Great response and you were right!! Told em why though with examples that will be taken out of.contact. Tell the herd the truth and
they act like they don't want to know, or if all you watch is mainstream news when our soldiers especially Special Forces get asked "What news channel gets it closest me? None of them they all lie. They control the narrative" will always be the answer . Watch a Forces interview and they get asked " What do you think about when its combat? You shut down, training takes over body reacting off muscle memory!") will be the answer. Not word for word but same point. You can brainwash people including more than one at a time . Try a whole platoon. Applies to hitting. Work the count if they pitch all balls. Most have an easy pattern you'll get 2nd or 3rd time through the order. -

Not much more I could do to play smarter than that..... You kinda lost me on the 2nd half of your statement though..

How do you feel about the offline play ?
My experience with offline consists of doing the conquests and a few March to October runs on veteran. I actually enjoyed MtO pretty well. When you’re playing offline, you are at the complete mercy of what the game allows to happen. When you strike a batter out, it’s because the computer allowed you to. When you get a hit, it’s because the computer allowed you to. But at least for me playing on veteran, the computer was pretty generous so I enjoyed it. What has your experience been?

I mainly play offline franchise, I like a challenge so usually play on legend hitting and pitching... I play currently 17 and 19 and haven’t bought 20 yet... I’m on the fence to buy 20 right now, game is on sale for 39 bucks right now, so was wondering if offline franchise is worth the price of admission...

There’s a guy on the forum, joshjays44 (I think it’s 44) who plays exclusively in franchise. He could probably tell you all you needed to know. Type his name three times in a row and he’ll show up and help.
