Your question has a subjective answer. To good players, all showdowns are easy. To average players, some showdowns are easy and some are hard. To newer players, all showdowns seem to be hard. Judge your own skill level and decide what category you fit in.

I made another thread, it was super easy, I can’t get over how easy ( compared to the 1st inning ) it was - SDS is basically giving away 70 stars

Not entirely true. Every player can without a doubt say 3rd inning is easier than 1st inning.

You'll face mostly right handed pitchers, or at least I did, you'll want to get as many hitters as you can that are good vs RHP. There are a couple missions you'll need a decent closer and an ok starter.

I still think AI fouls off pitches they shouldn't this year.

Pick your silver starter and reliever early!!! Carlos Carrasco is a good choice
I cannot stress this enough. I kept picking hitters early and did not have the opportunity to pick them later.
There are several pitching missions and having low bronze and common pitchers makes it harder.Stack lefties and save 2 spots on the bench for pinch runners.
Felix can be wild and then dot u up.
