No matter how many online games I play it how good my bullpen is or who I have in it. They seem to always collapse. I could face a team full of silver players and still late in games my gold or better bullpen can lose a game. I think I'm better off leaving my starter in for a full 9 innings Something visit up with pitching this year.

It’s not just the pitching. The game creates opportunities for the trailing team.

Pretty sure that’s why cards have a clutch rating. Comes in to play in late innings regardless of score and close games with runners in scoring position. Not totally 100% on this but would make sense. Me personally, I always look at the clutch ratings.

It’s also harder to beat players with lower ratings. Game creates more chances and better rewards for them.

    Comeback code, lol.

Seriously I dont believe in it, but boy do I seem to come from behind late in games to win... a lot. Just came back from down 4-2, tied it in 7th with 2 bombs, hit another in the 8th to go up 5-4. And Filthy Fingers shut em down.

I have no clue what Higher levels is like, but in the mid levels dibble and Fingers are lights out.

And if you are a higher level guy, the answer for why you cant close it out, is because you are playing good players.

My theory is pitching confidence of relievers is off. So if u throw a few balls or the first guy gets on base then all of a sudden their confidence allows easier at bats. I watch their confidence level like a hawk and mount visit a lot.

DDA. I'll never be convinced it's not in the game.

Confidence is pretty huge, with a reliever you better start off getting quality strikes right away or the wheels will fall off.

Your way to justify The comeback logic or DDA or RNG or whatever you call it is pitcher confidence. Stop it Ramone. I still remember your explanation of the PCI last year and I'm still trying to have it translated into human language.

Even then, you’ll still throw it a foot off the plate!

anyone that doesn't believe in DDA and/or comeback logic should watch the vid of McGunski losing a BR game while up 9-1 going into the 3rd. He was 11-0 as well. If a top 10 player can't overcome it there is absolutely no hope for the other 99% of us when it kicks in.

They won’t call it DDA or comeback logic. I don’t care what they call it in house, but it gets more prevalent year after year.

They would never admit to it on a public forum either.

Lol, they literally have a difficulty called “dynamic”. They even have a mode where you can equip “perks”.

Does nobody think coding like that exists in online play?

People who are insanely good at this game can overcome bs gameplay tactics when games are artificially kept close.

Consistent, great input will still more often than not win, but whatever they have working under the hood just lumps everybody else together.
