I hear you its annoying I was up 8-2 then could just tell the game was fixing to go south and it did. After going up by 6 kluber walked 2 for me then a bloop single then a good okay grand slam followed by some more bs. Also after going up 8-2 mantle had 3 good good hits that resulted in routine plays in center and a good squared by trout with bases loaded for another routine out to centerfield. Ended up losing 10-9. My wife laughs bc I can call whats fixing to happen almost every time

Definitely a thing. Hell in showdown today and had a couple good/squared up outs on a failed boss and started questioning what the point was lol.

Is it the all-star skill level we're playing on or just horrible gameplay? I would have thought that AS would be the most balance for the gameplay/player attributes clearly isn't the case I'm going to take a break from myself til they fix the data

This stuff is still going on? I hadn't played in a few days but came back after the patch. Is this still a thing? What's the point of playing if user input doesn't matter?

If you think hitting is broken understand, but the thought that perfect/perfect should always be a HR or even a hit is not a good point of view. The way perfect perfect is shown , shouldn’t it technically be a line drive? It doesnt show launch angle or at least my screen doesn’t... Launch angle is pretty important among other things such as, the power of the batter, what part of the field the ball was hit to, wind speed, ETC.

I think the way the game is now, unless one player is significantly better, (and I mean WAY better), it is just a roll of the dice to see who wins.

I’m sort of average or just below, so I lose to better players a lot, but I also lose about half of the games I feel I am in, due to bounces going the other way.

I think this is how the game is designed, otherwise, they would tell us how outcomes were determined, and you could practice that to get better.

Anyone who says perfect perfect isn’t always a hit. During the beta perfect perfect had and 800 average. I would guess it’s about 300 now. Like I posted yesterday, had a game where I went 1 for 5 on perfect perfects, and every player has 80 power or higher. In week one I played a game where I had 8 and my opponent had 5 that went for hits.

.300 is my estimate too. Just off the top of my head, perfect/perfect contact generates about 108-110 mph exit velocity on average. In real life, balls hit that hard are probably close to .750. They definitely screwed up this whole perfect/perfect thing. Good idea, bad implementation.

If user input doesn't matter....the only point in playing is to collect cards....
