Gold 1: Who do I pick?
-
I'm learning toward either Larkin or Posey. Posey would probably be a more significant offensive upgrade, but Larkin would dramatically improve my defense and add some speed to a lineup that doesn't have much of it at the moment. Thoughts?
Here's what I have right now:
C Pudge 91
1B Helton 91
2B Sandberg 99
3B Chipper 94
SS Hanley 92
LF Victorino 94
CF Snider 91
RF Carter 93BENCH: Didi 93, Stargell 90, Brian Roberts 94, Gary Sanchez 87, Yelich 89

The minute I saw Pudge, I put on my lemon-eating-face. So Posey.

I’m hitting .571 with Pudge, lol. All BR though, I don’t play moments unless I absolutely have to, so I’ll probably never own that card.

Lol I did the exact same thing! That 91 Pudge is SOOOO underwhelming!

Why don't you want Reggie to replace Carter in RF? Incredible power, and enough speed to swipe bases now and then...
-
I took Reggie first and he's been great for me as an average hitter at best. Everything I've read has him as the 2nd best hitter in the game right now behind Mantle.

I just need three more cards to get Sheffield, and I was planning to use him in RF. You think Jackson is better?
