@PriorFir4383355_XBL I was of that very same opinion regarding both 99 being a hard cap and secondary positions being limited to the combinations intended in the game itself. However, I have come across rosters defying both logics. What eludes me though, is the understanding of how that may be achieved.

In real life, all prospects born in Canada, the United States, Mexico, and any U.S. territory, for example, Puerto Rico, are eligible after six consecutive years in the minor leagues without a promotion to the majors or a failure to be added to the 40-man Roster. For international prospects, they are eligible after four years of service. During the offseason of your franchise, there will be a list of eligible Rule 5 players that you will have to choose to add or accept to your 40-man, or decline, and leave that player unprotected, to be eligible to be drafted by any team. Click that button to perform that action and choose those players that you want to keep, if any. I hope this helps you understand this process and makes this easier for you.

I think it would be cool if they would let you import legends into franchise as rookies. It sucks to put Ruth into the Yankees lineup on day 1 he hits 715th home run of his career. I love the career stat feature and putting the legends in the way they are just makes it so unrealistic

SDS sent out a patch that did help with that and gave everyone a better K ratio. I still get those 10 -15 pitch at bats, but they have come down from 20 pitch at bats.
I am getting around 10 k's per game from my pictures and pitching on Hall of fame. I am not striking out maybe 2 maybe 3 times a game. I keep lowering my contact in my sliders to make me swing and miss more often. I have found that the batters will swing at pitches out of the strike zone when you have worked them during the at bat, but you will find you have thrown 10-12 pitches to do that.
It's not unusual for my pitchers to have 60+ [pitches in the 3rd inning because of this. Do i wish it was more realistic? yes, but It is a game that has what I do believe per-determined outcomes....like how many times when you hit a batter, the count is 1 and 2, most everytime.

Is any one else have the states as .000 average during a game instead of the hits per at bat. And at the end of the game only shows the last at bat or .000 instead of average.

I play every game of my 162 season.

I've seen CPU to CPU controlled team trades multiple times and as recently as a few days ago. Most of these trades happen a few weeks before the trade deadline.

In patches the faces get updated everywhere on the game.

Some players get updates thru roster updates so those will only be on that particular roster outside of any franchise etc...

This is something I've wanted as well. Also I think if they're not going to program the players to add quirks throughout their career, then they should allow us to add quirks where we see fit
